Meet Jill Reece

Jill Reece is the heart behind JR Benevolence Center — a soul-led yoga teacher, Reiki healer, and wellness guide.
I’m Jill — a soul-led teacher, space holder, and guide for women who are ready to stop over-functioning and finally rest.

After 25 years in healthcare — giving endlessly, holding everything together, and burning out more than once — I knew something had to change.
⠀
My own healing began through yoga, energy work, and nervous system restoration.
These practices brought me back to my body… and back to myself.

Now, I help women who are ready to soften, slow down, and reconnect with what they truly need.

Through slow, embodied yoga…
Gentle Reiki-based energy work…
And soul-centered wellness coaching…
I guide you in releasing burnout and returning to your natural rhythm.

I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), currently completing my 300-hour Advanced Yoga Training (expected in 2026).
I’m also a Master Reiki Practitioner and hold a Master’s Certification in Wellness Coaching.

With 25 years of experience in surgical healthcare, I bring grounded presence, intuitive care, and deep nervous system awareness into every offering.
